Norwich Mind are pleased to offer the next round of the Carers Wellbeing Programme

FREE Workshops for unpaid Carers in Norwich about looking after your wellbeing and supporting others around you with personal etc..

After all the positive feedback we received about our Carers Wellbeing Programme we have decided to run another. Designed specifically for Carers in Norfolk, the programme will run for a ten week period, one workshop each week from 10 a.m. to 12 Midday. The aim of the programme is to give Carers the opportunity for learning and reflection about their caring role, gain new skills and greater insight into mental health issues in an informal and relaxed way.

The programme will contain workshops like the ones below:

- Mental Health Awareness
- Deciphering Personal Budgets
- Understanding Psychosis & Schizophrenia
- Depression: A Closer Look
- Understanding Medication
- Finding Your Way to Wellbeing
- Food & Nutrition for Wellbeing
- Pampering Day—including FREE complementary therapy taster session!

To book a place or if you have any questions please contact us. We hope the workshops will be fun and enjoyable for all with a Pampering Day at the end of the 10 weeks!
