Understanding Dementia
The Carers Forum along with the Vauxhall Centre Carers Group will be running a course for Carers of people with dementia. It will be delivered over 4 half day sessions from 10am to 12.30pm with a fifth session open to extended family and friends.
The course aims to provide information for carers of people with dementia. It includes increasing carers understanding of dementia and increasing confidence in accessing appropriate advice and support. It will provide an opportunity for Carers to come together to chat with other Carers in a similar situation and share experiences.
Dates of the 5 session programme are - February 23, March 1, 6, 15 & 22 from 10am to 12.30pm
